Applications for full-time tenure-track or tenured faculty positions
The Division of Mathematical Sciences (MAS) invites applications for full-time tenure-track or tenured faculty positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. The research interest areas include, but are not limited to:
Analysis, Differential Equations & Geometry
Graph Theory & Computational Number Theory
Probability & Statistics, especially with applications in Finance, Biology, etc
Mathematical applications in interactive & digital media, e.g., Computer Vision, Image Processing, etc.
Mathematical Economics, Mathematical Finance & Actuarial Mathematics (possible joint appointment with Division of Economics)
As NTU is a Doctoral/Research University, applicants should have a PhD and preferably post-doctoral experience in the discipline from a major research university. Successful applicants are expected to teach graduate and undergraduate courses, undertake curriculum development, supervise doctoral students, develop outstanding research programs that generate external funding, and perform essential administrative work. Applicants should send (by e-mail or post) an application letter, an American Mathematical Society Standard Cover Sheet, a CV, a statement of research interest, experience and plan, a statement of teaching philosophy and names and addresses of three referees to:
