His primary research interest lies in the area of game theory. He is also interested in the applications of statistics and probability to the study of economics and finance.
His primary research interest lies in the area of game theory. He is also interested in the applications of statistics and mathematics to the study of economics and finance, in particular mathematical economics and mathematical finance.
His research interests include random matrices theory and high dimensional statistical inference. Currently, he is also interested in wireless communications, particularly large system performance and statistical signals detection.
I am most interested in Bayesian approach to inferences on change point model, its asymptotic properties, efficient computational methods, and its potential applications in statistical genetics, such as copy-number estimation for CGH arrays. I am also interested in a novel approach to nonlinear functional data analysis within the framework of Reproducing Kernel Hilbert Spaces (RKHS). One other research project I am currently involved in is the statistical analysis of Chip-Seq technology
My research interests include time series analysis, econometrics, regression shrinkage and selection, and robust estimation. The focus is to use some parametric approaches such as least absolute deviation and quantile regression to analyze univariate and multivariate models especially some econometric models, and to construct some tests such as goodness-of-fit tests, unit root tests and likelihood ratio tests.
I am interested in developing methods for the multivariate, dependent and non-linear data. My current research emphasises on the correlated multivariate binary data analysis from developmental toxicity studies, bootstrapping data with multi-levels of variations, robust methods, survey methodology and generalized linear mixed models.
I am generally interested in the development of statistical methods with applications to scientific problems in the areas of medicine, epidemiology, public health and quality management. My particular interests in methodological research lie in generalized linear mixed models, mixture models, survival analysis, statistical diagnostics and robust estimation. Other interests include multivariate analysis and statistical quality control.
