a) Graduate Courses Registration Exercise Period 1 for Semester 1 AY 2009-10 starts from 21-Jul-2009 (Tue) 1100hrs to 26-Jul-2009 (Sun) 1700hrs, please register online and submit the print-out form for your supervisor, Head of Division and School’s endorsement. Students to submit the form to the Division administrators. The form has to reach the SPMS Chair’s Office by 27 Jul 2009 , 12pm through the Division administrators.
Research students from other Schools are welcome to apply and register for SPMS graduate Courses. Before you do so, please get the approval from your School and forward to SPMS with the approval from your School with a copy of both of your undergraduate and graduate's courses transcript by 23 Jul 2009, 11am.
b) Graduate Courses Registration Exercise Period 2 for Semester 1 AY 2009-10 starts from 12-Aug-2009 (Wed) 1200hrs to 18-Aug-2009 (Tue) 2359hrs, please register online and submit the print-out form for your supervisor, Head of Division and School’s endorsement. The form has to reach the SPMS Chair’s Office by 19 Aug 2009, 5pm through the Division administrators.
Research students from other Schools are welcome to apply and register for SPMS graduate Courses. Before you do so, please get the approval from your School and forward SPMS with the approval from your School with a copy of both of your undergraduate and graduate's courses transcript by 14 Aug 2009, 5pm.
