Graduate Courses Registration for Semester 2 AY 2008/2009

a) Graduate Courses Registration Exercise Period 1 for Semester 2 AY 2008-09 starts from 23-Dec-2008 (Tue) 1100hrs to 28-Dec-2008 (Sun) 1700hrs, please register online and submit the print-out form for your supervisor, Head of Division and School’s endorsement. Students to submit the form to the Division administrators. The form has to reach the SPMS Chair’s Office by 29 Dec 2008 , 0930am through the Division adminsitrators.


Research students from other Schools are welcome to apply and register for SPMS graduate Courses. Before you do so, please get the approval from your School and forward SPMS with the approval from your School with a copy of both of your undergraduate and graduate's courses transcript by 26 Dec 2008, 10am.

b) Graduate Courses Registration Exercise Period 2 for Semester 2 AY 2008-09 starts from 06-Jan-2009 (Tues) 1100hrs to 14-Jan-2009 (Wed) 2359hrs, please register online and submit the print-out form for your supervisor, Head of Division and School’s endorsement. The form has to reach the SPMS Chair’s Office by 15 Jan 2009, 0930am through the Division administrators.


Research students from other Schools are welcome to apply and register for SPMS graduate Courses. Before you do so, please get the approval from your School and forward SPMS with the approval from your School with a copy of both of your undergraduate and graduate's courses transcript by 06 Jan 2009, 1700pm.

Note:

1) Any request for graduate course withdrawal must be submitted within three weeks after the closing date of Add/Drop of Course Registration Period 2. This request will be considered as Course(s) to DROP with "W" (Withdrawn) Grade.

2) Thereafter, any request which is received will be considered as DROP with "F" (Fail) Grade.

3) The courses and timetable are still subject to minor revisions. Please check regularly to read the most updated courses and timetable at this website.
